Accurate, light weight, compact, easy to cock, decent budget 3 red dot sight.
Things I Would Have Changedadd aluminum bolt rail instead of polymer, Make capable of shooting 310 to 330 fps with a 400 grain bolt.change the plastic connectors for the quiver to aluminum.
What Others Should KnowLook, it is accurate and nice. But not for the price of $229. The lack of an aluminum bolt rail is a huge turn off. I am keeping it. But honestly. You would be better off buying something else. Barnett cheaped out too much on this. With that said. It is very accurate. But due to build quality. Not wirth more than $150. I have owned $50 to $75 Man Kung crossbows that at least had an aluminium bolt rail. And the quiver mounting locations kills me. My stock holding hand brushes right up against the bolts. However. This is a minor nitpick I can remedy with an adapter. The main issue I have is the lack of an aluminum bolt rail for a $229 recurve. And I got lucky with my rail being straight and flat. But look elsewhere unless this drops down in price to under $150. It is nice but not $229 nice in its current configuration. With that said. I am still happy to have it and thank pyramid air for their fast service. I will make a few mods to this to get it more to my liking.
