I received my Barra air rifle about a month ago. We live in a wooded development. For years the deer population has been playing havoc with the landscaping around the house. I had been using an old Daisy air rifle to annoy them. It was neither powerful nor accurate. Any attempt to discourage them usually ended up with them staring back at me as they continued to munch on my wife’s plants. With the Barra, after only 4 or 5 pumps I have been able to deter their rummaging through our yard. I am able to keep them further away from the house because of its accuracy and when I hit them, they bolt back into the woods shaking the leg that just got stung. The deer visit us far less frequently. The air rifle is far more powerful than what I expected and very user friendly. Thanks Barra. Your air rifle is a far better deterrent than any deer repellant we have tried.

Great product especially for the price I bought this for my nephew he just turned 6 was looking for something to move him up from his d daisy bb gun but not a rifle yet he is very interested into deer hunting I got this due to the size and weight its perfect reminds you of a rifle without the kick he loves shooting it every weekend he is getting good enough with it now to move him up to something bigger this is a great gun I'd give it 10 stars if I could
