Bear Archery Kodiak Leather Quiver

I really liked the design and clamping mechanism of this quiver, but unfortunately I cannot get mine to stay closed where I want it. The quiver keeps wanting to slide up/down and does not appear to be able to handle any pressure. The clamps are constantly slipping off of the ridges (per photo). I would definitely consider one of Bear's other quiver models with a different mechanism to latch onto your recurve. Great design, just appears to have some faults.

Overall quality of the Kodiak quiver seems very nice, however it does not fit the Bear Montana longbow. And according to the description, it is supposed to fit all Bear recurves and longbows.

Great looking product and I really like it. It has one major problem. It will not hold small diameter carbon arrow shafts. I shoot grizzly stick momentum TDT. There are smaller notches to hold them on the quiver, they are not tight enough to hold them securely. They pop loose after the first shot with the bow. I called Bear archery to see if they had a smaller gripper, and unfortunately they do not. So I am returning the product. I am really disappointed. It looks really nice on my 59 Kodiak. But simply doesn't work for a practical hunting. Selway makes a smaller gripper for their quivers so I guess I will need to go that direction instead.

It won't fit a bear takedown because the riser is to long.
