Weve paired all-new Mag Riser with the classic approach of Mr. Bear's Take-Down design for easy transportation with modern technology of a cast aluminum riser for extreme accuracy with every shot. The Mag Riser features a comfortable molded wrist style grip and includes a busing for a stabilizer and quiver accessories. The adjustable center shot side plate allows for perfect arrow tuning. The A riser can be paired with #1 limbs to make a 56" bow, #2 limbs to make a 58" bow, or #3 limbs to make a 60" bow. The B riser can be paired with #1 limbs to make a 60" bow, #2 limbs to make a 62" bow, or #3 limbs to make a 64" bow. Aluminum Handle Features an aluminum riser for extreme accuracy with every shot. Take-Down Design Utilizes the famous Take Down system for easy transportation. Accessory Compatible Includes bushing for stabilizer and quiver accessories. I just receive my riser and I have to say that I am disapointed , the ruber grips was hold withtwo small pieces of double sided tape that dont hold in cold weather , like most double sided tape . It should have been screw on or glued on.

I own both the green and the camo riser as well as an original magnesium model from 1973. The new ones are even better than the original, their slight increase in weight over the older model enables a little more accurate shot while still retaining ease of carry. With #3 limbs [60 inch bow] I have had great success on game and targets alike. With a new set of #1 limbs [56 inch bow] it is just as accurate in a bit shorter package if you need it that way.

My son got a B handle for me for Christmas a few years back when Bear first reintroduced it. It's what I've wanted for several years. The original ones a getting more and more difficult to find. I have an original magnesium C handle from the seventies, a newer A handle wood riser and an A and C handle Magnesium Minuteman riser, again from the seventies. This new B handle Aluminum riser performs very well, although it is considerably heavier in weight. That's not necessarily a bad thing though because it can add some steadiness to the shot. I don't hunt with this one though. Overall I am very pleased with it and am very happy to have it.
