I have shot Bear bows for over 15 years. This has knocked every other bow I've had out of the water. As a woman this bow shoots flat, it's smooth, and feels amazing in my hand. There aren't any vibrations I can feel and I am very happy with it's performance. It does not disappoint.
The Refine EKO is my favorite bow to date. The Refine is built with top-tier specs for a really reasonable price. I got my Refine on a Thursday and took it turkey hunting on Saturday. I have literally never done that with a bow (owned less than 48 hours and taking it hunting) but the Refine tuned exceptionally well and with the Trophy Ridge React technology, I had it hitting where I was aiming in no time. Although I didn't get a turkey within 48 hours of owning it, I did knock down my second bird of the spring with the Refine. I've shot 3D with it and scored well (won the Advanced Bowhunter Class in it's first shoot of the season) and will have it in the Iowa timber this fall. The 33" ATA is perfect - it's easily maneuverable while hunting but very forgiving for long-distance practice or 3D. It shoots flat and consistent - I can't recommend this bow enough. If you're in the market for a bow, shoot this one and you'll likely be taking it home with you.
I bought this bow this past weekend, and it is amazing. It looks and feels great, but it shoots unbelievably well.
I have been shooting the Refine EKO since early Spring and i will say that this bow is a great shooter. Very well balanced bow, feels great in my hands, very little to no hand shock. I shoot 3D and Feild archery with this bow and handles the courses perfectly! Cant wait to get this bow in the treestand this season.
I shot all the bows in the 2022 lineup. Was impressed by many of them. When it came down to it, I chose the Refine EKO. This is proving to be a great shooting bow; smooth, quiet, and accurate! Have a few 3D shoots and the Total Archery Challenge coming up. Fully confident in this bow! [been practicing out to 120 yards with it]
Along with all the great features of the EKO Cam system, the speed, and the new color selections, the thing I was most impressed with this bow came when I shot it and the feel of the arrow's release from this bow. I was impressed because this bow has such a good feel while shooting without any sacrifice on speed. This bow is a bit longer axle to axle which I found to have an increased balance when holding back at full draw. This bow should be a serious contender to anyone looking for a top tier bow in the market.
I hope this is bow I get when I do my Fred Bear experiance!! March 2022!!

Over the last 16 years I have shot many bows from many different manufacturers. Buying the Refine EKO really got me thinking of how underrated Bear Compound Bows are. This bow is a monster.
