Carlson's Choke Tubes 10mm Auto Snap Caps are essential training tools designed for the safe dry firing and mechanical testing of your firearm. Precision machined to SAAMI specifications, these dummy rounds feature a plastic body with a metal base (aluminum) to ensure they feed, extract, and eject smoothly without damaging the chamber or internal components. A specialized spring-loaded striking area acts as a "primer," cushioning the firing pin and preventing damage to the pin or mainspring. This 5-pack is ideal for tactical training, malfunction drills, and teaching proper trigger control without the risk of live ammunition. Recommended use: training / dry fire.
Safety Note
Always verify the firearm is completely unloaded before using snap caps. Never mix snap caps with live ammunition in the same training environment. These are inert dummy rounds and cannot be fired; however, they should always be treated with the same muzzle-discipline rules as live cartridges. Ensure you are training in a safe area away from live ammo.
