Cold Steel City Stick

The cane is well balanced and a proper height. Walking with it is very pleasant.

Love this product I e gone through countless others and finally found one that’s sturdy and reliable.

Excellent in every way. Only two complaints: 1) the rubber tip is hard to replace. 2) Nobody seems to know what size of bolt holds the cane head on.

I've had my city stick for one day absolutely love it loves the way it feels in my hands much more elegant than it looks in the pictures. Definitely feel better with it in my hands not only is a cane but as a self-defense tool I give this five stars easy I will definitely give an update after a few years because I'm going to use this thing!

The stainless steel head was the best ever, Not sure about aluminum. Fiberglass shaft was wonderful. Rubber foot or cap needs to be rethought ,cap like medical cane much better!

I have a messed up knee from my many deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. When I go to the city I make sure to take my "good cane". Has stood up to a lot of abuse and still looks good enough to go to the opera. Even though security always wants to check it for a sword that isn't there.

I have been eyeing this walking stick for a while but the stock photos don't do it any justice . I own other Cold Steel walking sticks and enjoy them very much so I finally pulled the trigger on this one.The knob handle has a really nice weight to it and is completely SMOOTH in appearance. Some of the stock photos show light shining onto the handle which creates ribbing from the light reflections. The handle is NOT ribbed. It is completely smooth. The actually staff part of the cane. is heavy enough to feel solid without being too heavy. I have TWO complaints though. The handle is a screw off handle. I feel myself needing to tighten it every so often so it doesn't get too loose. This makes me feel uncomfortable from a security point of view if I ever needed to use it for self defense purposes . Also the rubber tip on the end is glued on. CS does this with a lot of their canes I wish they would realize that rubber tips need to be changed often. For some people once a month. I remedied the situation by finding a rubber tip that fits OVER the one that came with it. Otherwise a nice addition to my already growing collection of CS canes.

Absolutely the best Walkingstick on the planet, hands-down. It has a perfect palm rub as you’re walking with it, but have to swing it between your fingers as you walk it’s very gentlemanly, very elegant and very protective. I have avoided being attacked because it was in my hand walking right past possible attackers on the sidewalk, listening to their conversation as I approach.

I cannot leave the house with this walking stick without getting compliments from everyone on how well it suits me.

Excellent cane, though i would recommend some accommodation for a wrist lanyard. Even if it is a break away type.
