BBs such as Air Venturi Steel BBs, Crosman Copperhead BBs or any standard 4.5mm or .177 caliber metal BBs work reliably with the Red Ryder's smoothbore barrel and large capacity ammo reservoir. This makes it perfect for plinking, shooting paper targets, and training new shooters.

Have fun shooting targets up to 5 meters (16.5 feet) away, but don't forget to wear safety glasses and remove pets from the area. BBs ricochet in unpredictable ways, and it's best to take precautions to prevent injuries. Never shoot BBs at hard objects or water.
