love using this for coyote hunting. start off every spot by pulling this out and helps me know where to set up. super easy to use and don't need to use a lot of powder for it to work.

Dead Down Wind “Wind Detector” was recommended to me by a friend, I listen to him, purchased the Wind Detector, and have never gone out hunting without the Wind Detector since. Love this stuff. I have two comments for management: 1) We up here in the north do most of our hunting in the winter and snow. It would be very nice if Wind Detector would also be available in a darker color because in the snow the white powder is sometimes impossible to see. 2) In minus -15 C (5 F) we are wearing heavy Gloves and prefer not to have to take them off. The Wind Detectors spray nozzle is very hard to open with Gloves on. My recommendations are a) making the spray nozzle a little longer or b) notching the lid around the nozzle, works well! Knowing which way the wind is blowing is so important for hunting big bucks. I use when I first get out of the truck. I use it as I’m walking tow my stand. I use it while on stand. If the wind changes too much then I back out of there so I don’t blow my cover. This is a must have in any pack.

As a Bowhunter it is imperative to hunt the wind. This product always keeps me well informed of the wind direction. I carry at least two containers while in the woods.

Seen a lot of people using wind detector and thought I’d give it a try. Carry this every time I’m in the field. Catch myself using this all the time. Great product, Great price.

Small easy to use. Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Don't just squeeze though...shake squeeze and it works great.
