One Piece Scope Mount with 1" Low Weaver Rings for Savage 340 with Four Mounting Holes on the Side of Receiver.
Scope Mount with 1" Low Rings for Savage 340 with Four Mounting Holes on the Side of the Receiver. A lightweight scope mount with Picatinny top rail right over the centerline of the receiver when installed. The top base rail has 10 ring slots, which make it easier to set up eye relief and find a more desired placement of the scope or red dot sight on top of the receiver. The scope rail is compatible with Weaver rings and also with red dot sights with a Picatinny mount. One set of weaver-style low-height rings is included with the mount. The ring has a slotted top cover to reduce weight and uses a large thumb screw with a coin slot for easier use. The mount is machined from extruded aluminum alloy. Mounting screws are included with the unit. Objective OD up to 40mm Rail type: Weaver / Picatinny Number of ring slots: 10 Top rail length: 4 Finish: Anodized matte black Included in the set: a set of scope rings, 2x hex wrenches for the screws, and 4 mounting screws. Will fit these models: Savage 340, 340E, 840, 842E, 890, 322 Hornet. Stevens 322 325 342. Westernfield SB712. Will NOT fit: 322-A 22 Hornet. Older model rifles were made without holes in the receiver. Will not fit unless self Drill and Tap is done. Will not fit the older models with only two holes on the side of the receiver. In some rare cases, you might have to shave off the top of the wooden stock next to the receiver for the mount to fit properly. Scope base mounts over the center line of the receiver.
