Umarex Legends Blowback P08 CO2 Pistol, Full Metal

Super realistic replica, but for the black finish which screams "PAINT!" instead of blued steel. But the overall heft and feel of the pistol is really superb, and I want to stress, if you want a P.08 replica, then THIS, the full blowback is the one you want! Yes, you lose a little fps to fuel the blowback action, but the blowback action is what this pistol is ALL about! This is NOT a hunting gun, You will never use this for anything other than punching paper targets and tin cans, and marveling at how realistic and satisfying that blowback action is. And Oh! How rewarding that blowback is to creating the feel of the real thing!

The only things I would change are are 1), give it real wood grips, or a part high quality faux wood grips. And 2), give it a better BB loading port and/ or mechanism. I live this pistol, but I use every word in my curse word vocabulary every time I try to load those BB's into that tiny hole with my right hand while I try to hold the port open with my left! Umarex can do better than that!

It editor be nice if Umarex made a pellet version of this. But truth be told, the BB version is all that is really needed because it reproduces the look and feel of the real thing superbly as it is, right out of the box,

The looks and feel. Gorgeous, perfect weight, nice snappy recoil and overall functionality.

The rear sight could be brightened up a bit

I pretty much loved everything about this gun, and hardly ever shot the thing. After less than two hundred rounds (and after the warranty expired) it blew a seal and all the C02 leaks right out. That was a certified heartbreaker! Oh well, it's still gorgeous and looks great on my wall. Don't get it without an ancillary warranty. Just sayin'.

I own a real PO8, this is dead on, I purchased a set of real wood grips, on line. used a dremmel tool to open up back side to fit frame. a little work, but well worth it.

this is as real a luger as you can get. a little steel wool to age, and you have a perfect replica.

Its detail. Have many real/original po8/lugers. Just fun to shoot!

Being a blowback, and am a airgunsmith, i understand it being a gas hog but wow, low shot count. Heck, co2 bulbs are cheap! (Compaired to powder burner ammo these days) Glad i reload!

The blow back feature just like the original is very cool! The blow back feature does reduce the BB speed however.

The best replica of the Luger pistol in its authenticity I have ever seen. And it even shoots (albeit BBs). Very nicely done.

Offer wood grips and change the mag base to brushed aluminum as per correct to the original article.

The toggle action is really cool and mimics the real gun I averaged about 40 shots per C02 cartridge using crossman C02 and Umarex steel BBs

More FPS would be nice
