The Macavity Agility MA2 PCP Air Rifle is an air gun with tactical features and styling that offers adjustable options and performance. Capable of lead pellet velocities up to 890 FPS in .177, 870 FPS in .22, 890 FPS in .25, and 880 FPS in .30 caliber. The Macavity Agility MA2 PCP Air Rifle is an excellent choice for hunting small game, such as squirrels and rabbits, pest control, including groundhogs, and even hunting deer-sized game in the larger caliber.
The accuracy of this air rifle starts with the barrel, which is rifled, tensioned, choked, and shrouded, so it provides excellent performance and stability while also making less noise than expected for its power level. This model of the air rifle uses a 196cc air cylinder that provides up to 150 shots per fill in .177, 60 shots in .22, 30 shots in .25, and 16 shots in .30, so shooters get to spend more time shooting and less time refilling.
The Macavity Agility MA2 uses a two-stage adjustable trigger that offers an adjustment for travel length and an adjustment for sear engagement, which helps to deliver a clean and predictable break. In addition, this airgun offers a regulator that adjusts internally, as well as a hammer spring that adjusts internally, both of which combine to allow for tuning to a specific use and ammo for improved accuracy.
For aiming precision, this air gun comes with a Picatinny optics rail, and it also has a Picatinny accessory rail under the forend for attaching items such as bipods that improve accuracy and expand the functionality of the air rifle. The entire package is very well thought out and matches it's performance. No wierd stuff, just the best machined efficient parts I have seen in a long time. At 77 I have shot millions of rounds of center fire (4 tours in VietNam) and years of 80% lowers and pistols. My 30 cal is the most accurate ever!

Verified BuyerI originally purchased a jts brawn but after adding a scope it weighs almost 12 pounds to much for me at 72 and heart trouble to carry around LoL, so I purchased the Macavity ma2 much lighter lot easier for me to carry. I zeroed it in at 45 yards to my surprise put 8 jsb hades through the same hole believe me that was an accomplishment because I shake bad. Will be hunting deer with it next season and please don't tell me it does not have enough energy because it puts Hades pellets through one and one half inch plywood at 45 yards new plywood at that, now my target backing is 4.5 inches thick. Great airguns would highly recommend it.

Love my new Ma2 rifle. Lightweight, very powerful and dead on accuracy. While the .30 cal ammo is double the price of my .25 cals, it puts a lot more lead on target, faster, than my Condor or Escape SS.
Things I Would Have ChangedSo far, nothing at all. I just received mine 2 days ago, and because of the cold and high winds, have only gotten to fire 2 magazines through it. So far no complaints at all.
What Others Should KnowThey are loud. The factory moderator is still just a hollow tube, looks great but useless for taming the bark. I went with DonnyFL. Tames the bark right down.
