The M-LOK MVG is a lightweight, inexpensive vertical foregrip that attaches directly to M-LOK compatible hand guards and forends with no additional Picatinny rails required. Made from the same high-quality polymer as other Magpul products, it uses the new Magpul TSP texture for positive control in all environments. Optimized for use with the thumb break method of shooting, it can also be used as a traditional vertical foregrip. All hardware necessary for attachment directly to M-LOK Slots on either aluminum or polymer hand guards and forends is included. Made in the U.S.A.

Put it on an MP 15-22 8 inch barrel and installation was pretty easy. And boy did it improve the control of the gun when swinging at steel shooting matches. There is no recoil on a 22LR so the improvement was only to forward grip control which is everything when target speed shooting.
I bought this grip and today went to install it. Not only is the Allen wrench needed NOT included, but when I used my own to try and tighten the screws for install, one of the screws IMMEDIATELY stripped!
Tapered at the top which makes c clamping feel very natural allowing you to really pull the rifle to your shoulder.
Everything I have purchased from Magpul has been of the highest quality.

Feels good. It requires a long allen wrench to install. The hollow handle is open on the bottom, I may devise a plug for that.
I am partially disabled on my right arm so this allows me to properly support my gun
