Magpul Patrol 2.0 Gloves, XXL, Black

I bought two pair of the gloves and received them on 11/06. I wear them daily at work driving, delivering parts and stocking shelves. After a month the seam on the left hand below the thumb has torn apart. I am not very satisfied with these. They fit great and are very comfortable but have week seams.

Have owned a number of different tactical gloves. None last me as long as these. They are supremely comfortable and offer tremendous dexterity. Both colors are great. I usually take medium gloves and wear large in these.

Palm seam ripped after less than 10 uses.

The stitching needs to be far more robust on the fingers and seams otherwise the gloves are fantastic.

I would definitely not buy these again. I’m a big fan of Magpul products, but these gloves are terrible. They seem pretty decent when you first get them, but after a couple uses I’ve had two pairs split in the same spot on the inside of my right index finger. I’ve only worn them to shoot as well, not doing any kind of serious stuff. I expected better from them and with that price.

Excellent general purpose gloves, the fit was spot on with good dexterity. The way the padded knuckles was designed is definitely a plus as they aren't as clumsy as hard knuckles but still providing great knuckle protection at a much lighter weight. Attached photos are the gloves brand new, and after 6 months of constant use in the field operating fire arms, clearing debris and handling camera gear, still holding up great, occasionally oiling the leather is definitely recommended. Only minor complaints would be to make the wrist elastic band the same coyote color as the gloves instead of black? The black color would constantly stand out in the field in scenarios where a majority of equipments used are either coyote or ranger green.

I have purchased 2 pairs of these gloves, and both of them ended up with a small split in the same spot. Both pairs ended up splitting along the thumb seam on the top of the glove while I was trying to take the gloves off. Both pairs were ordered according to the sizing chart provided by Magpul. Aside from the splits in the seams, I will continue to use the gloves when I need to, but hopefully they will last a lot longer than it is looking.
