These seem to work well in different rifles even those with choked barrels. For those of you chasing hole in hole nirvana you might be disappointed but if hunting is your thing then these might work well for you. As a side note, I had no issues loading the slugs into the respective magazines
I've recently started experimenting with slugs. All my airguns are choked and should not be slug friendly. I've grown weary of the lite beer commercial reviews (taste great, less filling). Hopefully this will help the novice airgunner. I decided to try this slug after having success in my Kral Mega with the Brimstone slugs. I limited shooting to two distances, 50 and 65 yards. In the Kral I was able to keep my groups to .55-.65 ctc with an average FPS 855. Decided to try in my Avenger and Raider as well. In the Avenger the groups we slightly better, .49-.54 ctc with an average FPS of 882. The Raider I fill to 3300 PSI and I shoot the curve ( lighter to heavier pellets). It's sighted in at 50 yards with JTS 25.39 gr. pellets as the default. I figured 2700 PSI would be a good fit for this slug but the cylinder was sitting at 3300 so I tested at that pressure. Surprisingly I was able to shoot .61-.70 ctc with an average FPS of 798. 2700 would definitely net better results with the Raider.
