The Smith's Edge Grip 2-Stage Knife Sharpener delivers a highly compact, innovative edge maintenance solution engineered to easily restore and refine straight and serrated blades. Featuring a patented V-Grip bottom design, this versatile tool can be used flat on a tabletop or placed securely over the edge of a countertop or table, preventing longer knife tips from dragging across and damaging your surfaces. The dual-stage sharpening system utilizes pre-set angles to guarantee a consistent bevel every time, configured with coarse tungsten carbide blades on one side to rapidly shave away steel and reset heavily worn edges. The reverse side features crossed fine ceramic rods engineered to gently hone, realign, and polish blades back to a smooth, razor finish. Wrapped in a lightweight and portable housing, it features a textured soft grip rubber handle and non-slip rubber feet to provide premium comfort, control, and steadiness during intense sharpening sessions.
