SOG are my favorite knives and this one is no exception. It is slim, fits the hand well, opens easily and holds and edge well. The perfect every day carry. Had to have the compact as well. Thanks SOG.
Awesome knife at its price point, very well built, light weight and good lockup after it opens. Opening speed is good but not as fast as other more expensive knives are. Blade length and is nice and is very sharp. The thumb slide to open it is a little hard to get used to but works well.
I have well over (50) knives, this by far is my favorite. Thin design, killer blade and overall the perfect size.
Scratches up easy. Clip becomes loose after taking it in and out of the pockets. Have to keep tightening it.
This is my second SOG knife. The blade had good substance and is sharp. The automatic blade is better than my other SOG which is opened by pressing a metal tab. This is my carry knife now. Very pleased and would recommend highly.
A very good automatic with a sound release and safety system in one motion. Opening takes some getting used too. I found the ambidextrous opening system cumbersome at first as my index finger was/is in the same position on the opposite side when using the thumb to release. A simple dexterity adjustment of my finger and all was good. The was a little slow at first. Applied a little WD40 and this improved it very much. The blade came very sharp which is appreciated as I didn't have to spend hours bringing it to a proper sharpness!! Thank you!
This knife was my first automatic knife. I am happy with the product. For anyone considering their first this is a great knife. The function is not any faster than an assisted knife, but it is smooth and easy to perform. I also really like the safety feature so I have confidence it won't deploy when pulling out of my pocket. The knife is very slim but not too small that you lose it in your hand. The textured grip is just enough to provide a no slip surface but not too much that it scratches your hand when using your pocket.
I bought this compact knive and am in love with it. WAs Beyond my expectations; exceptional knive, great quality and craftsmanship. I highly recommend it .!

I like the action and the blade thickens/shape makes it a great slicer. I am in my 70's now and don't go to the field as much. This is a great EDC for chores and slicing food.
