Small.....easy to carry.......shoots well.......hope I never have to deploy it
This tool is an outstanding piece of kit for a law abiding civilian. There are not many differences between this and what is being carried by most law enforcement officers. I would actually go so far as to say this is a superior model in some ways. It doesn't have the ability to fire two shots back to back, but that is not something most civilians will need. The overall size and shape make it easier to conceal, and in my opinion, deploy. I recommend getting a holster for safety, but even in the soft holster this thing ships with one could easily place it in a pocket or bag (check and follow your local laws on this). A great product I hope I never have to use, but nice knowing that a less-lethal option is available.

Light weight laser sight is dead on accurate. Easy to use duel safety switch. Instant battery life information, easy to load and easy to teach your wife or husband how to use it in less than 5 minutes. Compact in size practically unnoticeable but very powerful.
Fired and operated as described clearly in the manual into the included practice target wife feels safe carrying it and it’s one more level of protection against potential threats of people and animals!
Have fired around 10 catridges and all fired flawless. One had one contact broken off but still fired fine. The 15 feet limit is a hard limit so stay withing 10 feet, I would say. Stopping and re-intiating shock is just fine so no worry but ejecting cartridge to switch to "contact taser" is quick too. Batteries last months if you only op check occassionaly. Also, it disappers into the pocket. It's easily consealable and easily deployed.
