The cocking system was the selling point and I'm Thrilled. Compact, fast and Accurate! 50 Yards, about my limit for a shot, and 3 bolts in a 2 inch grouping. Highly reccomend this Crossbow.
I enjoy my venom x more then any crossbow I have owned.
Purchased this venom x because of the decocks system easy to load and decock if I don't get a shot. Also very accurate. Purchased a 2nd one for my grandsons to use still looking to buy 2 more as I have 3 grandsons hunting with me.
This crossbow is just a perfect for hunting,lightweight, holds steady, deadly accuracy and the ability to decock after a hunt what more could you ask for.

This bow is faster than anything I have had in the past. It’s quiet and accurate. During sight-in, I Made the mistake of shooting a second shot at the same bullseye. Blew the nock off. Absolutely no complaints.
The Venom kept coming to the top of my list when I decided to buy a crossbow. I’ve shot a vertical bow 40+ years and now that I’m south of 60 yrs old and after 4 shoulder surgeries it was time to look. The cocking and decocking features are outstanding and the physical weight making it easy to handle and carry combined with what I heard from several people about how well Ten Point stand behinds what they sell made the pick a No Brainer.

Excellent crossbow for accuracy and ease of cocking/decocking. I am an older gentleman and purchased my Venom X because I knew it was inevitable that manual cocking would someday be too much for me. I wanted a crossbow that was designed to be crank-cocked and not an ad on accessory. I was also very concerned about accuracy and TenPoint hasn't let me down.
