Well designed, very accurate crossbow. Easy to cock and use from a tree stand.
Love it! Fast light weight compact easy to sight in and shoot! After some assembly had it sighted in at 20 yards with about 6 shots. Had it dailed in at 30 yards in no time. When I received it there was only a week or 2 of the deer season left and I had 1 unfilled doe tag. In my first set with new bow had a big doe come in at 28 yards hard quartering away. I usually pass on those shots but in knew this was probably gone to be my last opportunity so I took it. Bolt entered little bit farther back than anticipated it enter just in front of back leg and traveled the full length of body and came out just behind front leg on opposite side. Deer piled up 75 yards away. Bolt easily blew thru doe and went another 30 yards. Super impressed with the speed accuracy and power of the Venom X!
Works very well. Very accurate. Great craftsmanship and finish. Crossbows are a little heavier than my compound. A little harder to pull up my tree than my compound. Harder to carry on my atv than my compound. I have the new hardcase by tenpoint, it is great quality too.
new Venom crossbow is the just what I wanted, light, compact, simple,price,I am very pleased with the hand crank,it makes life easier when you have bad shoulders . The accuracy is incredible out to 70 yards , I would never take a shot past 40 yards but nice to think its possible . TenPoint is the best product ,no need to look any farther just buy it you will not be disappointed. (just wish a sling was included with bow package) ,The quality outshines the competition
So far very pleased with performance. Didn't get opportunity to take a deer with it this season as I purchased within the last 2 days of season. Looking forward to next year.
The Venom X is a great crossbow for new or experienced hunters. Very easy to use and deadly accurate! The AccuSlide system is a must have after using this crossbow. The fit and finish is top of the line! If you are in the market for a crossbow, you can’t go wrong with the Venom X.
Pro- Felt light to carry and comfortable hold with low-light button on scope. Faster and accurate. Don’t friendly on very colder weather when decocking because of become thicker grease during colder weather inside ACUslide cause hard time to crank decocking but fine when cock on. No problem during mild winter or early Fall season weather. Rest of it very great result !
Great bow shoots great and the decocking is a game changer just wish it was cheaper to get the extended warranty I've had a ten point for years and never had an issue but the upgraded warranty would be piece of mind
Great light weight crossbow! Very accurate and easy to load and shoot! Shot a 150” buck at 54 yards hit exactly where I was aiming. Didn’t go 15 yards.

I bought the wife the Venom X this year. She absolutely loves it! After surviving cancer, the after effects of chemo mean that she can not rope cock a crossbow anymore. She finds the integrated Acuslide easy to cock and decock by herself, easy to carry through the woods due to its light weight, and she is comfortable enough to take a 45 yard shot on the largest buck she has ever killed this last season. It's a fantastic crossbow.
