Description
The Umarex Gauntlet Limited PCP Air Rifle is a limited-run, side lever precharged pneumatic air rifle. It is available in .22, .25, and .30 caliber, each fitted with a 500cc air tank and operates at 4,350 PSI. Coupled with the rifled 28.25” barrel, velocities over 1,000 FPS are achieved at the muzzle. Its overall length is 47.5 inches, and it weighs 10.2lbs.
The Gauntlet Limited features a laminate wood stock with an adjustable cheek piece height to ensure you get a proper sight picture after adding a scope to your Picatinny optics rail. It boasts a 10, 8, or 7-round rotary magazine capacity (depending on caliber) that works great with pellets or slugs.
The Gauntlet Limited has a tactile safety that is easy to manipulate, ensuring no unintended shots are fired. Thanks to its 1/2x20 threads, you can install your favorite muzzle device, such as a sound moderator. An adjustable trigger helps you land accurate shots, and an adjustable hammer spring helps fine-tune it.

Verified Buyerthis rifle looks good and shoots good
Things I Would Have Changedon this particular one the filler port was partially blocked by the stock when fully seated. The manual says you can unscrew it a quarter turn in this case if you have too but it felt sloppy that way so I cut a relief in the stock to allow access to the filler port when tight. scary but I took my time and did a good job and works well
What Others Should KnowIt took some research but if these pcp's are stored empty for too long the valves can get stuck and the first fill can be next to impossible. Most of the time it takes a high pressure burst from a tank to dislodge the valve to allow filling. As a newbie I didn't know this and had a couple of frustrating days trying to figure out the problem. I was able to rig up a fitting to give it a light burst from my shop compressor and eventually it did the trick after a few tries. Now it airs up easily and it sounds like if you leave a little pressure in most pcp guns it usually will. zeroed this gun in three shots and it stacks pellets at 30 yards easy. I haven't had a chance for longer shots yet but I'm pretty confident that it will be the shooter not the gun if my groups need to tighten up. LOVE this gun!

Verified BuyerGun is just gorgeous in person!! Extremely powerful and accurate!! Great for bench shooting with the added weight and still light enough to carry in the field in my opinion (depending on your size and strength). The stock is gorgeous and so is the tank... The carbon fiber shroud looks great in person and does not look cheap. Keep in mind this has a slower twist rate than the SL30 has if you are use to it and get the .30 Limited. Your moderators and muzzle breaks will act quite a bit different between the two guns so don't be surprised... Hard to beat for what you are getting here for the money!! I'm in love!!

What Others Should KnowUpdate for first review, I could have avoided a lot of frustration and head scratching if I just would've let the folks at pyramid air do a pressure test for me before they shipped it. I highly recommend that everyone does that!
