Shot 2 roe deer with this. One fell down instantly. The other ran 15 meters and dropped. Incredible accuracy in my Sako A7 308 20” barrel.

I have consistently hunted big game for almost 40 years. When I initially shot the first box of Winchester copper deer season XP I found in the stores I was looking for better expansion with deer and pig with copper ammo. I consistently got 1-1.5 inch groups at 100 yards. Since I found this acceptable I bought 10 boxes a month or two later. These boxes shoot like a shot gun at 100 yards, with as much as 4” groups at 100 yards! This is totally unacceptable. When shooting 200-300 yards they are off as much as foot! Don’t waste your money on these rounds unless you are contact shooting and the deer or pigs are at the end of your barrel. I love the expansion in a copper round but will not buy anymore. I praised the rounds to friends and family now I have to eat my words and apologize. Come on Winchester help me out!

Been using the lead deer season XP for years with no issues in my bolt action rifle. Wanted to try these copper ones out. Tested Winchester SP and Deer Season XPs mixed in during the same session to be sure it wasn't my rifle giving light strikes.

At 100 yards I’ve shot sub 1/2 MOA. Today I shot a 2” group at 300 and a 2.5” group at 500. It was the first time I’ve shot that far. I would have been happy to get 1 on the paper at 500.

Just come back from Scotland , got 9 red deer over 4 days and the bullets performed brilliantly.10 bullets fired, operator error resulted in an extra shot . The shots ranged from 150 yards to 320 yards in windy and wintry conditions. The bullet drop was minimal due to most shots up hill

For factory ammo this stuff shot pretty darn good. I reload but if I can't find components or don't have time to load I go with off the shelve stuff. In the attached photo the first two shots are in the box but about 6 moa to the left. One shot after a 3 moa adjustment. Last three shots are vertically where I want to be but those were rushed shots so shooter error. The x marks point of aim

I shot and dropped 2 deer with my 300 Win Mag this past Saturday. Last night while putting the spent casings away I noticed that one of them had split and the other had a couple of groves in the brass. Has anyone else had these issues? I was shooting a brand new Browning Xbolt.

I was interested in going to a lead free hunting round. I am glad I found this product. It shoots great put of my remington 700 chambered in. 30-06. I get a 2" group at 100 yds and I am positive that is because of my limitations not the rounds. I took a doe from 130 yards and she just dropped no tracking at all. I have already bought a few boxes for the upcoming season and can't wait to send some more copper down range.

I have been looking for low priced, quality, rapidly expanding, copper rounds in ca. I am a life long hunter and have hunted big game for 30 years in the west. These rounds are fantastic. Absolutely spectacular expansion. I love for deer. Have been shooting large pigs as well. They are working better than I could have hoped. I was shooting federal trophy copper. Great round but was blowing thru with small wound channels. It was fine if perfectly placed but many big game were taking longer to die and traveling too far. Not much blood to follow. These rounds are accurate out of my 300 win mag but do massive damage to game for quick kills and lots of blood to track. Only one round so far had brass that was not quite right and it would not feed into the chamber. I love these rounds! Don’t stop making them. I just bought 150 rounds for my 300 mag and more for my 270 and 243 to test.
