After an extensive search online, I came to the conclusion that this specific extended scope mount is "thee" best available mounting system for mounting a Leupold 4X Rimfire Scope on a Browning BL-22 Lever Action .22 LR rifle. It is strong, provides ample eye-relief, light weight and looks great on the BL-22. BLK also makes a 4" version of this scope mount for larger scopes. If I were Browning, I'd contact BKL and see if I could arrange a partnership with them to provide this Scope Mount as the recommended mount for their BL-22.

Best clamp on ring set going alignment between rings is spot on. They grip scope like death without having to use excessive force , the alignment and double top clamps just work well and made in USA.

I like having the rings fixed to the base as it reduces movement error......and the slant angle was just right for the Octane Elite, ... using barracuda 21.14 gr. pellets. It put the scope elevation into the mid range adjustment at 25 yards,on cross hair. I also liked the spreader holes .....as all such items should have a means of removal. Some do not have this.

Everything. Used on Hatsan AT 44-10 Long QE Slides on dovetail. Very snug. Tap on with a wood hammer handle. Snug up the screws. The adapter fits so good it would probably stay in place without the screws. It installs easily even though it fits tight.
