Haendler & Natermann
Based in Hann. Munden, Germany, H&N's history dates back to 1825, when the company's founders were in business producing milled lead and lead foil commonly used for lining tobacco tins and tea caddies. In 1847, Carl Georg August Natermann - today considered the "father" of H&N Sport - purchased a fortified tower in Hann. Mnden and converted it into a shot tower. From there, Natermann's company would produce lead shot through the 1980s under the brand name "Ltare." Apart from this, the company reports, bullets were manufactured since the 1890s.

H&N ammo comes in a variety of stand sizes from .177 all the way to .457. Ammo head sizes range from 4.5 mm all the way to 9.05 mm. and in shapes that include round/domed, pointed, hollowpoints, wadcutters, round balls, flat nose, and cylindrical. You can get BBs, pellets, round balls, slugs and lead free options as well.
One of the most popular types of ammo is the H&N Field Target Trophy .22 Cal, 14.66 Grains, Round Nose. These are .22 cal round nose pellets and have superb knock-down power and will do you well from the backyard to competition shooting events.
While we all want accuracy from our ammo, some are just better than others. Try the H&N Baracuda .177 Cal, 10.65 Grains, Round Nose pellets. These are great for long range hunting, and like all H&N ammo, they are uniform for amazing accuracy, shot after shot.
For medium range hunting, the H&N Terminator pellets are the world's only partitioned hollow point pellet. These pellets have a small lead projection in the center of the pellet head that gives it additional expansion. A patented design ensures these pellets will be the most stable and accurate pellets you've ever fired. Medium distances are recommended.
