Description
If you're looking for a multi-pump rifle that won't break the bank but still delivers hours of fun for everyone in the family, this should be on your short list. Load it with steel BBs or lead pellets -- whichever type of ammo suits you or happens to be on hand. And, if you shoot it with pellets, you're going to get surprisingly good accuracy. It's rare that a pellet gun in this price range gets such tight groups.
Multi-pumps have an advantage over every other type of air gun powerplant: You don't have to go with full power unless you want to. If you're in the mood for some easy plinking and target shooting in the backyard, just pump it up a few times. No need to put a lot of muscle power into it.
Steel BBs can ricochet. The shooter and everyone in the shooting area should wear safety glasses when a gun is being handled (even if it's unloaded). Remember to remove all pets from the area, as rebounding ammo can hit them, too. Never shoot steel BBs at hard objects (including metal targets) or water, as that increases the chance of ricochet.

Bought this and very happy with it will be using it

This was the first air gun that I have owned. After testing the rifle and getting use to the pump action I learned that the rifle was more accurate than I expected. I found that using the aim points on the rifle were easier to use and that it was surprisingly accurate. I have too many squirrels damaging our plants so I plan on reducing their quantity.

Very nice gun for the price. Great feel and easy function. After a little time sighting it in, it shoots great. Very happy.

My son loves it just a little heavier then what i thought. Great speed.

Easy to use, no jams, and a great price. I was specifically looking for something to use against squirrels in the yard, which it has done admirably.

Just bought this gun. Wanted to use it to do pest control and to teach my grandkids rifle safety and shooting. The fit and finish is outstanding. The power of the gun is surprising. It punches through targets with ease. and through multiple layers of cardboard as a back stop. On a low of 5 pumps it blew through a cardboard box I was using as a back stop. Have not completed the sighting in of the scope, but that is going well and I anticipate being able to handle the pest control on our acre of property without any issues. Highly recommend it!

I bought this air rifle for my 10 year old son and he LOVES it! Very accurate right out of the box. I like that it has a little weight to it so it feels more real and not cheap. He has been shooting it everyday. He also said he likes how it is easier to pump than his old Crosman 760. It has very good power(one pump goes through a pop can)! Definitely recommend it!

Just got it out of the box, and looks like great build quality. Got a few shots off with just the backup sights and shoots great. Will come back and update after some use.

The only air gun I’ve owned was my father’s Daisy Red Ryder which he gave me 60 years ago. Wanting to just do some “plinking” I thought it was time to upgrade so I purchased this “Sportsman 900” and couldn’t be happier. A fun little rifle, easy to pump, even for a guy nearing 70 yrs and powerful enough to hit a can or two at a good distance.

Decent starter pellet rifle for adults wanting to get into air rifles. Purchased after squirrels this season started decimating our garden crops. Not enough power to humanely kill a squirrel inside of 10ft. Pellet bounced of its vital area. Recovered the smashed pellet, no blood or fur. Uninjured squirrel didnt even run away, rather it pranced away looking confused. Scope is useless- purchased dovetail scope rings and installed an old Weaver 4-9 scope. From a shooting bag, pellet rifle will occasionally throw a pellet about every 4 or 5 shots as much as 3 inches from the group. I weigh, inspect, wash and prep all my pellets. So its not the pellets causing the flyers. With all the shortcomings, I feel the pellet rifle is good enough to keep.
