Frankford Platinum Stuck Case Remover

No where in the description to they state, "Won't work with Frankford Arsenal M-Press" Seems like a big ommission

Okay. I love Frankford Arsenal tools in general. So when I saw this, I bought it. I *do* get stuck cases from time to time. Once it arrived, I opened it up to red the instructions. OOPS! Step 1:Remove the shell holder from your ram. Darn! I’ve got a case jammed into the dies and the case base adhered to the ram. The shell holder is captive. It won’t (CAN’T) come mout of the ram. So it can’t be removed from the case. Yes, true. IF you can disengage the shell holder from the ram, you get access to the case base and you’re in business. But in that case, a pair of Vise Grip pliers would work just as well Stupid stupid stupid. Almost as bad as this guy for buying it!!

Physics are flawed, if you follow the tightening instructions. "Tighten as much as possible." My first tightening slipped off the case. it was probably 50 ft lbs. My second tightening, referencing the instructions, the sliding clamp split right down the middle. I don't think this weakened the mechanics much, if any, as I nearly split the 2x6 workbench top that my press is attached to. Not sure how much force is needed to free a stuck case. But, I may need to go back to using the tap-and-die method. I was hoping this would be a quicker solution. And may very well be for some of you.

I had a 223 stuck, for 2 weeks!!! I tried the RCBS hammer one- failed! The Hornady top press clamp kept slipping ! I didn't want to drill, that was too risky to damage my dies.. I purchased this item, as a last resort, I use a Lee 4 hole reloader.. This clamped on tightly ! came with its own allen wrench, and seated into the shell holder perfectly, this only took 1 try !! Worked, it is now, my " go to " should i get a stuck brass again!

Some things makes sense. Lifting, drinking whiskey, women, and shooten guns. I like things that are easy too. This stuck case remover gave me movement when I used it. I was skeptical. It removed the case. Now I am looking at some of their other products! I hope these guys aren’t Biden supporters cause then I wouldn’t buy their stuff. But I wouldn’t throw away the stuck case remover.

I bought one of these a while ago and finally used it today for the first time. I used it on a Lyman T-Mag press. It fit on the press and cartridge perfectly extracting it with ease. This device is much faster and easier to use than any other methods. I have used other methods many times over the years but I am glad I purchased this one. So far so good!

Take a close look at the device there's a hump in the device that interferes eith operation on a rock chucker 4 using the hornaday lock n load die bushings. Had to grind a significant amount of material from it to get the clearance i needed left 1/8th inch all that being said its soooo much easier than fighting with the rcbs stuck case puller
