Magpul PRS Gen3 Precision Stock Stealth Grey Synthetic Fixed Adjustable Comb Fits AR-15/M16/M4 drops onto standard rifle-length receiver extensions and most Mil-Spec carbine and A5-length buffer tubes, offering maximum stability for precision shooters. Machined aluminum knobs allow tool-free LOP and comb height adjustments with positive locking detents; aluminum parts are Mil-Spec Type 3 Class II hard anodized. Anti-slip rubber butt pad adjusts for height and cant. Enhanced butt plate resists recoil up to .50 BMG. Steel adjustment shafts finished in Melonite for corrosion resistance. Front/rear QD sling sockets and improved footman's loop included; M-LOK slots on stock bottom accept additional QD sockets or monopod. Weighs 27.80 oz. Made in the U.S.A. Easy installation exactly what I was looking for at good price.
Very nice and well thought out design. I replaced my original rear stock with a gen 3 design. Included the fold out to collapse stock and the stock makes the Precision Rifle more adaptable to fitting gun to your cheek, length, and for a perfect fittingVERY comfortable and a real nice look to the precision rifle. Everything about the Magpul rear stock is quality engineering and materials used to make stock. I have had mine now for 4 years and never regretted buying it. It may be a little more than other makes but it is definitely worth the cost to make the Ruger Precision Rifle the best it can be.
As a person over 6ft tall and long arms, my AR platform just felt like I was holding a toy gun. I purchased this stock and it made all the difference in the world.
Not sure how any serious shooter would ever give this a bad review. Its on my lwrc repr 308 and my wilson combat super sniper. Excellent choice if you aim for dead center.
