The Magpul Bipod Sling Stud QD is the next offering in the Magpul bipod line. Designed to mount on the Uncle Mikes Sling Swivel Stud found on most sporting rifles. The Sling Stud QD is the strongest, most fully featured bipod available with direct sling stud mounting capability. The stainless-steel mounting system self-locates and aligns perfectly every time, and an ergonomic thumb wheel allows for excellent grip to ensure easy tightening. Additionally, two sizes of non-marring, high-durometer rubber mounting gaskets are provided to ensure optimized fit and load distribution on narrow sporter-contour or wider target-style forends. The ability to mount a sling with standard locking sling swivels on the forend is maintained with a low-profile sling stud on the rear of the Sling Stud QD mount, which also provides for a quick detachment when its needed. Made in the USA.

Nice bipod. I’d like to feel a more positive catch on the sling stud while attaching to rifle. I’m a bit nervous it will loosen and fall off, but a month of hunting and range time, it’s still good.
Purchased this bipod for my wife prior to her first antelope hunt. Knowing she would need to make a longer shot on potentially uneven terrain, it allowed her to be successful at 200yds. prone.
This bi-pod is light, comes with two cradles to match the fore grip, and it’s easy to install and use. I move it from .22 LR, .22 WMR, .17 HMR, etc. and have not had any complaints.
Are you serious? Do we not product test anymore? I can't be the only one with this problem. I have M lok sling stud adapters on 3 ARs, one is Magpul brand, this thing fit NONE of them. I did mange to get it attached to a 700 with wood stock/sling swivel, but it took three hands and some patience. The stud pocket is so shallow and tolerances so tight it's ridiculous. Going back to another Harris, thanks anyway.

Easy to install, stable, and stiff when it needs to be. Locks in place at different heights easily and remains there. Can do it with one hand.
