Springfield Armory M1 Carbine, Blowback CO2 .177cal BB Rifle

This is one of the most accurate smooth bore bb guns I ever shot....(when it functioned).

First the fit was terrible. Everything felt loose and sloppy. But the biggest issue by far was the misfires. I simply could not get through a single magazine without a failure. I even bought a second mag brand new, and the issues continued. BB's would get caught in the cycling of the bolt requiring me.to shake the bb out and clear the chamber. This happened throughout the magazine. Lastly, it would have been a simple but great additional feature if the bolt would lock back after the last shot. Lack of quality control prevents this rifle from getting 5 stars.

I bought mine in winter, and never got around to shooting it until after the warranty time expired due to health issues and bad weather. I simply could never enjoy this rifle due to the misfires/jams and scrapped it.

Authentic looks, action, accuracy.

This is the second try; the first was inoperable due to faulty magazine. Top of forearm rattles, magazine loses more Co2 than most when piercing. Rear sight needed to be adjusted to the right limit.

At this time the wood stock is not available. I would wait and see if it will be produced again. The best feature of the gun is its similarity to the firearm.

great accuracy

VERY cheap plastic that squishes on the handguard squeeks if you grip it. It feels extremely cheap. I would be okay if this cost under $100.

The gun had scratches all over the bolt, indicating it had been used. I did not pay for the 10 for $10 accessory, so there should absolutely not be any scratch marks on the magazines or bolt. I purchased two magazines. One magazine, which had used scratch marks that will not hold air, and the other magazine, which loses air, came in a closed package, and only holds 10 shots before the C02 blows out immediately. Do not buy this. Returning this as soon as possible for the amount it was.

Really authentic reproduction of a WWII classic. Weight and feel are really good, it feels like my real .30 cal. carbine.

I would like to see a rear sight that has both elevation and windage adjustments.

Although it is a good reproduction of the real thing, it shoots low and there is no way to adjust elevation.

I like the feel & weight of the rifle, accuracy was right on right out of the box. Finish is very nice & I like the useable bayonet clip, just have to find one.

Allthrough most of the fit and finish is great the upper forearm is loose, needs to be secured better, that's why overall only got 4 stars.

Very realistic and amazingly accurate for a smooth bore BB gun. I love how it can nail small targets at ranges longer than I would ever have expected. One thing I do is always use Daisy BBs. I measured both Daisy and Crosman BBs and found the Daisy BBs are slightly larger in diameter. I believe this causes a better fit to the barrel and contributes to the accuracy I have enjoyed.

I wish I had the money to buy another one!

This is a quality air rifle that will give you hours of pleasure and catch the eye of any person interested in the weapons we used in World War Two.

THIS IS A GRRRREAT LITTLE BB GUN.. I HAD SOME TROUBLE UP FRONT WITH THE BOLT SEATING INTO THE CHAMBER.. THE CULPRIT TURNED OUT TO BE THE MAGAZINE FOLLOWER.. THE TOP PART OF THE FOLLOWER HAD SEPARATED FROM THE BASE AND BLOCKED THE BOLT MOVING TOTALLY FORWARD.. PYRAMYDAIR GOT RIGHT TO IT AND ALL IS NOW WELL!! :)

I'D RECOMMEND THAT PYRAMYDAIR ENSURE THE PROPER OPERATION OF THE FOLLOWER IN ALL M1 MAGS BEFORE SHIPPING..

Absolutely nothing at all - junk product beyond a reasonable late model replica.

Buying from this company - Stop selling returned broken faulty items and calling them "refurbished". That is clearly not true.

This is a totally inoperable product. DO NOT BUY "REFERB" products from Pyramyd. They are clearly NOT tested - they receive warranty returns, tape up the box, and resell them. Details: First Co2 - two shots weak, three misfires (BBs falling out of the barrel and a total CO2 discharge. Second Co2 - Would not break the COs canister seal. Third Co2 - Four weak shots, two misfires (BBs falling out of the barrel again), total CO2 discharge and the CO2 cartridge is JAMMED in the magazine. I have other CO2 guns so I know what I am doing. None have been very impressive quality, by this one takes the biscuit. Rubbish.

Accurate detail. Shoots great, very Accurate. Just enjoy shooting it. Perfect companion for Springfield 1911 CO2 pistol. Could not be happier.

The magazine that came with the rifle, the CO2 cartridge would not seal properly. Pyramid Air handle this superbly. Sent me a new mag. Works great.

Just be prepared to fall in love.
