Magpul Hunter X-22 Stock Fixed Adjustable Comb Black Synthetic for Ruger 10/22 Takedown is a drop-in stock enhancing ergonomics, sling mounting, and adjustability for Ruger 10/22 Takedown rifles. Includes reversible barrel tray fitting both factory pencil-profile and bull barrels up to 0.92" diameter, with adjustable barrel tensioning shim for preload or free-float setting. LOP adjustable 12.5"-14.5" via 0.5" spacers. 60-degree grip angle. Left/right footman's loops and QD sling cup point. Forend M-LOK slots for accessories. Anti-slip rubber butt pad. A clear “step up” from Ruger factory original. Design is well thought out and engineered to perfection.
The stock is made well. But I gave it three stars because the color is not even close to the picture. In the picture it is a light grey color. The stock you will get is SUPER dark grey, almost black. If I had known how dark this stock was I probably would not have ordered it.

Be sure to get the High Cheek Riser kit. Even with the shortest scope mounting rings, you’ll need the highest riser to get nearer a proper cheek weld. High quality stock w/M-Lock lugs on the hand guard bottom and sides. Nice ! Comes with ample length of pull adjustment which allows fine tuning of comfort and scope eye relief. Very nearly a perfect stock at a very reasonable price. Makes me a better marksman in 22LR.
Bought this for my Ruger 10/22 takedown. Very impressed with the attention to detail in the stock. Fitment is near perfect with the stock and fore end. Exceptional design for adding stock spacers for the comb & height and the grip is at very comfortable angle. Overall completely solid feeling stock. Well worth the money.
Perfect update for 10-22
This is my second one, loved it on my standard10/22 had to get one for my take-down 10/22 and the fit was great, even fits in the original carry bag.

Love the look and feel. My only complaint is that it leaves just enough room for a pin to slide out of my Franklin Binary trigger pack, but that's really a Franklin problem and not a Magpul problem...
